  • Go completely over loaded with carbohydrate consumption on the fourth day of the rotation.
  • Not be able to go back to the three days of carbohydrate deprivation resulting in crash of the program.

The much more common sense attempt is to follow a high, low, nil carb program. You have more scope to learn and still see success with this type of plan even if you aren't perfect with your diet. It is much easier to follow and leads to much greater accomplishment.

There is a consistent transition with a high, low, nil carbohydrate approach because every fourth day you repeat the rotation and you aren't depriving yourself of carbohydrate for three days straight.
